Greetings, fellow members of the Nationwide Area Society (NSS). The Florida Chapter is formally again in enterprise, the enterprise of selling area. We’re thrilled to share the most recent updates and highlights from our actions aimed toward selling area exploration and fostering a way of group within the Area Coast. With out additional ado, let’s delve into the thrilling occasions which have stored us busy:
- First Friday’s at Port Canaveral
- Date: March 1st, April fifth, and Might third
- Location: Port Canaveral
- We’ve been actively participating with the group by internet hosting a sales space throughout the First Friday’s occasions at Port Canaveral. These gatherings have offered us with a wonderful platform to showcase NSS and spark enthusiasm for area exploration. We distribute magazines, stickers, and sweet, and at one level had a curious crowd of about 10 folks at one time listening to our NSS elevator pitch.
- “321 Day” Chapter Kickoff Occasion

- Location: Area View Park, Titusville
- Our chapter kick-off occasion, aptly named “321 Day,” was a particular celebration held in reminiscence of Ozzie Osband, a founding member of the Florida chapter and a neighborhood icon within the area group, who spearheaded a marketing campaign for the 321 telephone alternate on the area coast. - Location: Hyatt Place, Titusville
- Shuttlefest 3, organized by the American Area Museum, introduced collectively area lovers and trade professionals for a day-long convention. Burt arrange the NSS sales space and engaged with college students. The occasion included a panel dialogue on profession decisions in area, that includes younger NASA workers and a retired Boeing worker.
- Keep Curious Podcast Hosted by Burt
- Date: April 4th
